  I did not want to give this NEW location a failing review, but after 30-days of my workouts at 24-hour Fitness, I have to share my negative experience. I sincerely hope management reads my review and improves on the quality of their environment to make for a more comfortable work-out area for everyone.
  
  The main issue I have with this facility is how the temperature changes in one area of the Gym to the other very rapidly. For example, In the "weight-lifting" area, it can be extremely hot--so hot that I felt like passing out. But then in their "Cardio" area, it is extremely cold--so cold that I was freezing! How is this possible? Near their "Squat Racks/Olympic Platforms" they have these "extremely bright ceiling lamps that raises your body temperature. And in the "cardio" area, there is AC vents and extra-large ceiling fans blowing cold air on you. In short, there is no need for such heat in a Gym because if you are working hard, you will produce your own body-heat. As for their "cardio" area, in the summer time, I think that will be fine to keep cool--but all this fluctuating temperature raises changes for you to get colds, stiff joints, overheat, etc.
